Fitness Assessment

Before we start training, it is best that I learn about your fitness goals, measure your body composition (BMI and Body fat %) and analyze  your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. In this one hour session, I will learn your fitness goals, your past and present fitness and eating habits, medical history, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, and your current fitness level based on a functional screening exam and physical assessment.

Private One-on-One Training

Professional one-on-one training available in Chicago! One-on-one training is recommended for beginners who are unclear of proper form and techniques and need an extra push to reach the next level.

Private Group Training

If you have a small group with a minimum of 4 people, you are eligible for small group sessions. Each of you will still receive the proper feedback and correction on form and technique.

Bootcamp Classes

For some, the word bootcamp may sound intimidating, but don’t worry, I meet you at YOUR current fitness level. In this bootcamp class we focus on cardio and target every muscle group. With the correct training, you can lose 10 pounds and improve muscular endurance in just 10 weeks at this weekly bootcamp class.
